What are our delivery times?

Delivery times approximately vary from 15 to 20 days from the moment of deposit / receipt of your white sneakers.

Note that we do not accept any return, exchange or cancellation once the order has been placed.

What material is possible to be customized?

The custom is preferably applied on leather, this gives the best result.

Your sneakers are white, in leather, preferably new, from the brand Adidas, Nike, ...

How to maintain customized sneakers?

We use the “Crep protect” brands which offer all-in-one, easy-to-use cleaning kits. Otherwise, use a soft-bristled brush, a bowl of warm water and Marseille soap. After having soaked the brush in the mixture of water and soap, gently brush the parts to be washed and even more delicately your custom. Rinse off with warm water, and "voila"!

What is the lifespan of a custom?

Your shoes have become an “art work” that requires special care. He is warned of debauchery evenings, torrential rains, and places that are too humid. The goal is not to risk wearing out the base material of the shoe (leather, plastic, fabrics ...) which would endanger your custom

I have a pair, how to customize?

You choose either the custom "Wallas ONE side" or "Wallas DOUBLE side" and pay for the purchase of your personalized online. You send us your pair (Fontaineblow !, 6 bis rue Jean Jaurès, 77300 Fontainebleau / please contact us before on 06 50 15 24 65) or you deliver your white sneakers in person in our Galery in Fontainebleau : 238 rue Grande. We make the custom and return your sneakers to you or you come and get them.

* the custom does not include the pair of sneakers!

* if you live in the Fontainebleau region you can drop off your sneakers at 6 bis rue Jean Jaurès (after a phone call) or in the Galery : 238 rue Grande in Fontainebleau

Will the customization be the same as in the photo?

This is an artwork, it is not an industrialized product, each customized pair is therefore unique and different !
